CodeAntler is a web and software studio based in the Greater Toronto Area. We help businesses get more out of their websites which is fixing what's there, building something new, or connecting systems that should have been talking to each other a long time ago.
Our Story
We started this because we kept seeing the same thing.
Good businesses with solid products, held back by a website that wasn't doing its job. Slow, outdated, or just not bringing in customers.
Most agencies would pitch a full redesign. We'd rather figure out what's actually broken first. Sometimes that means building from scratch. Sometimes it means fixing a few things and saving you real money.
Either way, you know what's happening and why. No overcomplicated systems, no long contracts, no getting passed around to someone who wasn't part of the original conversation.
How we work

We figure out what's actually wrong before we suggest anything. Sometimes the answer isn't a rebuild. We'll tell you that.

We work out of the Greater Toronto Area with local and growing businesses across Canada. Small enough to be hands-on, experienced enough to get it right.

We're not trying to sell you a website.
We're trying to fix whatever's stopping your site from bringing you business. If we can do that without a full rebuild, we will. If you need one, we'll tell you exactly why and what it gets you.
The Team
Misbah started CodeAntler because he kept seeing the same thing: good businesses held back by a website that wasn't doing its job. He handles the strategy side, figuring out what a client actually needs before any work starts. He'll tell you not to rebuild if that's the right call, and he'll explain exactly why.
Menushan worked in customer service and fraud detection before he wrote a line of professional code. That background matters. He's seen what happens when systems fail people, and he builds with that in mind. At CodeAntler he leads the technical work — from development and deployment to automation and everything in between.
Raphael works for CodeAntler because he kept seeing strong ideas not translate into meaningful real world impact. He likes taking a step back, understanding what’s actually going on and figuring out what will make a difference before jumping into action. If something isn’t worth doing or needs a different approach, he’ll say it and explain why.
